Introducing, Anti-Racism School Is In Session™, an educational training series to educate, inform, and illuminate issues around racism in America, specifically for the purpose of guiding non-black Americans on their journey of anti-racism.

After the murder video of George Floyd, by the Minneapolis police officers, surfaced, and all hell broke loose in the world, I felt an overwhelming responsibility to do something more than just share educational and informative videos, hashtags, resources, and social media posts, around the anti-racism movement.


I wanted to do something more…something that I could tell my black son, and my black daughters, that mommy did to help make the world a more beautiful place for them, and for all of our children.

There’s a lot to do, and I will do everything in my power to help make things better…
But I can’t do it alone.
After posting the video below on Instagram and Facebook, and receiving an overwhelmingly positive response from thousands of people (many white people included), I realized something…

I realized the same skill set that made me so successful as a dance teacher (for 15 years), and the same gift I’ve always had for breaking down complicated concepts, into simple, digestible steps (like I teach in my online courses), was showing up again in my teachings about racism, to my white brothers and sisters.

I kept praying and asking God to show me what I could do to make a difference, and how I could help educate white people, who want to learn, and who want to do better, about anti-racism, and this is what He gave me.

The Goal: To Educate, Inform, and Illuminate Issues Around Racism In America, from an everyday person standpoint, speaking from real-life experiences, while offering simple, actionable, and practical steps towards enlightenment, positive change, personal development, growth, and evolution towards anti-racism.

Who This Is For: This is primarily for non-black people who want to listen, learn, grow, take action, share your confusion, experiences, and questions about racism and anti-racism, so that you may become a better ally, and partner with Black Americans to bring about positive change in our country.

This is also for black people, indigenous people, and people of color, who want a forum to share ideas and solutions to help our white brothers and sisters on their journey towards dismantling racism within themselves, and our country as a whole.

Why aren’t these webinars free?

Because you have to get some skin in the game. If you’re serious about bringing about positive change, you have to be willing to sacrifice something.
It needs to cost you something.
Having things handed to you for free, on a platter, all the time, steals the opportunity for you to make a mental (and financial) commitment to growth, learning, and bringing about positive change.
Not to mention, my time is valuable. I don’t have to take time away from myself, my family, or my business to teach on this difficult subject matter. $49 is a small price to pay to begin a process that will not only change your life, but change the lives of generations to come after you.
Life education always comes at a price. Sometimes you pay with your money. Sometimes you pay with your time. Sometimes you pay with both. Either way, the end goal, the transformation, and the result, is well worth the sacrifice.
Let me also add that, doing this work, the work of teaching white people how to UNlearn the racism that they were born into from birth, and spend time and energy trying to break down what anti-racism is, and how to actively engage in it, is extremely draining (mentally and emotionally). So yes, I will be paid for my time, research, work, and energy that goes into doing this.
Lastly, charging a small fee for access to this webinar, helps me weed out the trolls, and create a safe space for all of us to connect, and peacefully, and respectfully learn from one another.
