hi! I’m Ashani! I’m the CEO of Ashani Mfuko Consulting Worldwide LLC, a global DEI branding, marketing, and communications consultancy; also providing anti-racism education, and diverse digital media services, based in the state of New York.
We build transformational, diverse, & equitable, anti-racist brands that make a difference, while making a profit, and help to create a more beautiful world for the next generation!
My favorite part of what we do is helping global corporations, small businesses, and arts organizations, tap into their power and influence, to create a more equitable and inclusive world for ALL people, while simultaneously elevating their online presence, upgrading their mindset, and creating a more profitable, and holistic business.
I’m also a Digital Content Creator, Anti-Racism Educator, Lifestyle Influencer, Professional Dancer, and lover of all things luxurious, innovative, and timeless!
I believe that we all have a God-given purpose on this earth, and deserve to live peacefully, freely, and fully ourselves, without fear of harm, discrimination, or mistreatment of any kind.
My mission is to help eradicate the insidious hate, fear, and ignorance that plagues so many people, which causes them to engage in racist, anti-Black, homophobic, transphobic, xenophobic, anti-semitic, and ableist behaviors and attitudes. I am also committed to dismantling the systems that uphold and perpetuate these dangerous beliefs, while intentionally harming people in marginalized groups.
I believe that transformation comes through education, self-awareness, accountability, and the power of allowing God to transform and renew your mind, so that you will see yourself, and other humans, the way God sees all of us; through eyes of love and acceptance.
